Privacy Policy
Effective October 13, 2026
Fulkerson Landscaping LLC ("we," "us") runs fulkersonlandscaping.com. This page explains what information we collect through the website, why, and what we do with it. We keep it short because we collect very little.
What we collect
We only collect what you choose to send us through the free estimate form:
- Your name, phone number, and (if you give it) email address
- The property address, property type, service, and timeline you pick
- Anything you write in the description box
- Photos of the area, if you attach them
If you call, text, or email us directly, we receive whatever you send that way too.
The website does not use cookies, does not run advertising or tracking scripts, and does not have user accounts.
How we use it
We use your information to contact you, look at the property, prepare your estimate, and do and follow up on any work you hire us for. We may keep your contact details so we can schedule recurring services like mowing or snow plowing if you ask us to.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your information, and we do not use it for anyone else's marketing.
Services that help run the website
A few outside services are involved in delivering the website and your request. Each one only gets what it needs to do its job:
- FormSubmit (formsubmit.co) delivers the estimate form, including photos, to our business email inbox.
- Google hosts that inbox (Gmail) and serves the fonts on this site.
- Vercel hosts the website.
- CARTO and OpenStreetMap provide the map images in the service-area section.
Like any website, these services may see technical details such as your IP address and browser type when your device loads the page. They handle that information under their own privacy policies.
How long we keep it
We keep estimate requests and job records as long as we need them to serve you and for normal business and tax records. If you never hire us, you can ask us to delete your request at any time.
Your choices
You can ask us to show you, correct, or delete the information you sent us. Call or text (937) 844-8573 or email fulkersonlandscaping@gmail.com, and we'll take care of it.
Children
This website is meant for adults arranging work on a property. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
Changes
If we change how we handle your information, we'll update this page and the date at the top.
